Welcome

Where Nordic
simplicity meets
Southern hospitality

Rocking chairs on the back porch, looking out across hundreds of acres of working farmland. Row crops in every direction. Fire-lit suppers as the sun drops below the tree line. The kind of place where you actually slow down.

Camp Kudzu sits on Fisher Farms, a working agricultural operation that has sustained our family for three generations. This isn't a backdrop. It's the real thing.

Our Story

Nordic-Inspired,
Mississippi-Built

The seed of Nordic design, taking root deep in Mississippi's rich soil.

We spent years in big cities, building careers in the chaos of crowded commutes and endless schedules. It was a life full of purpose, but somewhere along the way, the pull of home grew louder than the noise.

The idea for Camp Kudzu grew out of a desire to return to our roots, and it is inspired by our shared love for the quiet simplicity of Nordic design. We've always admired the way Scandinavian homes use clean lines and natural light to work with the landscape rather than against it. That approach felt right for a house set in the middle of a working farm.

While Nordic inspired, Camp Kudzu's soul is Southern through and through. The seed of Nordic design is taking root in Mississippi's rich soil, the same soil that has sustained our family for three generations at Fisher Farms, a working agricultural operation growing row crops on hundreds of acres.

Our project takes its name from kudzu, a non-native vine that came from elsewhere yet quickly became part of the landscape. In the same spirit, we hope our vision for Nordic design will blend naturally into the Mississippi countryside.

We're proud that Camp Kudzu is a product of Mississippi. The home plans were designed in Amory. Every beam and every finish will carry the craftsmanship of Mississippi artisans who know what it means to build something that lasts. The result is Nordic simplicity paired with Southern know-how, shaped by a farm that has been our family's livelihood for generations.

Family Heritage

Built on a Working Farm

Fisher Farms is not a set piece. It's a working agricultural operation that has been in our family for three generations. The fields around Camp Kudzu are planted, tended, and harvested every year. That rhythm of the land is part of the experience.

Camp Kudzu is a way of sharing that with others. A place where families can experience the real pace of a working farm, share meals, and spend time together without the usual distractions.

We built it here for a reason. This land has always been where our family comes together. Camp Kudzu extends that tradition to yours.
